I did togo pickup on lazy Sunday dinner. I got pork cutlets, bibimbop, and spicy beef soup and everything was pretty good. Price is also reasonable. All server ladies were friendly and easy/fast process for to-go pickup. I would like to visit for another menu to try out dine in one day.

I love this place! It's such a cozy restaurant and managed by 3 cute Korean ladies. They were so nice and very welcoming. They came over and talked to us and asked us how we were doing. They were explaining how their bossam is different than others and how theirs is traditional, which I thought was exciting and interesting! Their bossam came out with kimchi style vegetables on both sides - not with Napa cabbage, garlic, and jalapeños as we would normally see. I felt like this added some nice spicy flavor to it! And the meat was very flavorful - a little fat on the end pieces but it was delicious nonetheless. Their style of mul-naengmyon was very interesting - it had a weird taste to it but not in a bad way. And the noodles were not the soba noodles. I liked it but didn't love it. It was still interesting to try. Highly recommend this place!! Beware on Saturday evenings because they have a large group that come in and have dinner! So those are reserved and you might have to wait a little.

Pretty excellent food. Met some out of town friends here for dinner. I had the soft tofu and seafood stew which was excellent. My friend had the noodles in anchovy broth which was thick and tasty. My other friend got the rice cakes and ramen noodles which she also loved. Overall great experience. A little amusing as the Korean waitress tried to convince my white friends they may not like the dishes they ordered (they did) and then they kinda kick us out when they decided we'd been there too long talking (we wouldn't have stayed if there were people waiting but there were not). So would definitely recommend for the food. An important detail: the menu pics on Yelp are out dated. I picked this restaurant based on the reviews and menu pics here. But the menu has been greatly reduced. Still good options, but don't trust the pics here.

Great Korean dish with good babchan selections and I love the rice (mixed of brown and black rice). The only disappoint was the cabbage was the low grade one and hard to chew on. In addition, the squid was kind of hard to chew on as well.

If you're looking for authentic and unique Korean food, I really recommend trying Bon Ga! The restaurant has pretty casual vibes and I think the owner is extremely kind and provides great service. If you're not sure what to get, try their donkatsu. It's unique because the sauce is a bit different in flavor than the typical donkatsu sauce and I really appreciate how generous they were with the portions of the food and the side dishes. My family likes to get their soondooboo and kalguksoo as well (they both just have a unique earthy kick to it because of the perilla seed powder and tastes so yummy but also healthy).

Huge portions and such sweet servers/owners! We ordered the Bossan, Naengmyun, rabboki, cheese katsu, and a tofu soup! I was really impressed with how generous they were, so don't over order on accident like us! The bossam itself could feed 2-3 people. The waitress was soooo sweet, and everyone is korean. The place was packed on Memorial Day!

Bon Ga is a gem. Nice, small location and the food is delicious! I eat halal, so when I go to non-halal places, I typically order like a pescatarian and/or vegetarian. The staff were so considerate of this fact and helped us (me and my friend) order based on these restrictions. They explained what the dishes were and what substitutions could be made. Truly amazing service. We ordered bibim guksoo, bibim naengmyeon, and kimchi jeon. The noodles were perfect, they had the right amount of chew without being starchy- and they were spicy in the best way. The kimchi jeon was the crispiest jeon I've ever had and it was packed with kimchi. Bon Ga has cracked the code- I don't know what code it is- but they have cracked it. I'll definitely be returning soon.

Bon Ga may look like an unassuming Korean restaurant in a quiet shopping center, but don't underestimate the food! I ended up coming here multiple times in just a few weeks because I couldn't stop thinking about their bossam. The most recent time I visited, we ordered a bottle of soju and they served it to us as a "slush", which was kind of like an icee made of soju. It was super refreshing and the perfect temperature, I highly recommend it! We ordered: - Dae ji bossam (6/5): This is the star of the show. The first time I came to Bon Ga, our waitress explained that their bossam is a special recipe specific to the restaurant, which is why they serve it with two types of kimchi instead of the traditional accompaniments. She even showed us how she recommends eating it, which is with the pork wrapped in a piece of cabbage kimchi and topped with a few pieces of the green onion kimchi. The pork is perfectly tender with a mild, yet rich flavor that offsets the acid of the kimchi. - Doenjang jjigae (5/5): Warm, comforting, savory, and perfectly seasoned. This was the perfect complement to the bossam. - Haemul pajeon (5/5): This seafood pancake had the perfect ratio of seafood to batter for me. Each bite had a piece of tender seafood in it, and it was so tasty I didn't even need to add any sauce. It is a very large pancake, so it would be good to split between 2-3 people depending how hungry you are. The ladies who work here are always super friendly and attentive! Last time I came, they were constantly refilling our waters and banchan and asking if everything tasted good. Sadly, both times I came the restaurant only had 1 or 2 other tables of customers. This place definitely deserves more hype!

It's a nice little store! They make the most out of the limited space. You know the food is authentic when they still have a lot of Korean customers in a city filled with Korean restaurants. Note that the restaurant changed ownership not too long ago so the menu changed a bit. The staff is very attentive and kind. We let them know it was our first time there and they were happy to explain the dishes in detail.

TL;DR: Service was amazing! Food was hit or miss, but the hits were delicious! Came here for a late-ish dinner on a Sunday night and was able to snag a table. The space is rather small, so glad we went at an off time. Service was amazing! I felt like I was at my aunt/family member's house, and they were trying to feed me fat! They were so nice, attentive, and anticipated our needs before we could ask for it. FOOD: ~Dukbokki (3.5/5): good flavor and good amount of duk, but the sauce was a bit too thin/watery ~Daeji Galbi Kimchi Jjigae (3/5): Soup flavor was good, the meat had some tough pieces and some softer pieces. There was a ton of kimchi in it, but wish it was a little more braised ~Daeji dooboo kimchi (4.5/5): Our favorite dish! Loved the marinade, and the portion was huge! Would definitely come back and try some other things!
